"Since I was completely new in this property buying business, I needed some agent who would be knowledgeable and would answer my dumb questions and doubts before purchasing the property and Jonathan didn’t let me down, he took care of my wishes and promptly replied my emails, made property visits, arranged house inspections and walked extra miles to take care of me. Awesome guy! Jonathan was very prompt with paper work and since I was located in Caribbean and made purchase from outside US, he made it easy and I never felt any difficulty as Jonathan updated me on everything. Jonathan was very respectful to me, very fast and prompt in his job, very professional and knowledgeable. I am satisfied with the service I got from Jonathan in making property purchase. I would recommend Jonathan to whoever is reading this comment and he wouldn’t let you down."

"We contacted Jonathan in 2021 when we were interested in some land that Jonathan was advertising for Coldwell Banker. We met with Jonathan and after getting to know us, he began showing us properties and land that were in line with our wishes. He was kind , patient and went above and beyond to check into anything we thought we were interested in, even suggesting multiple properties that were a great fit. Jonathan really stuck with us until we found the home of our dreams. We can't thank him enough for his diligence and professionalism as we trusted him with our home search and our future. We highly recommend Jonathan Price and will use him again!"

"This was the first time I used Jonathan, but definitely not the last. He is by far the best agent I have ever dealt
with. I only wish I had found him sooner for my previous purchase. This time he sold my father's house and
got way more than I thought we could for it. He was extremely helpful and professional. I am completely
amazed how fast he sold the house. He will be the ONLY agent we use for all future transactions. "

He held open houses every week, he was accessible by phone at all hours of the day and night, arranged for repairs and even hauled junk from the property the day of the closing. Jonathan feels like a best friend who has your back. I have and will continue to recommend him to everyone I know. I appreciate all of his hard work."

"Jonathan Price is a top notch realtor who helped us purchase a new house along with listing and selling our old house.
He was a terrific consultant and colleague to help find the house of our dreams at a fair price. When it came to conducting photos and showings of the house we were selling the service was 100%. We connected well the first moment we met!
We got to list at a competitive price we felt comfortable with and got multiple offers the first day on the market with one the second day we could not resist. Jonathan was instrumental in our negotiations and closing on both properties. I will never forget being in the mountains when Jonathan and I were in contact with eachother with choppy reception during the open house while offers were flooding in and we were trying to pick the best one.
We highly recommend Jonathan for his professionalism, enthusiasm, and dedicating in helping us navigate the real estate market in hectic times.
